Can my interviewer see NOPROXi?

No. In the browser, NOPROXi runs in a separate floating window that doesn't appear when you share your screen. The desktop app goes even further — your entire NOPROXi window appears blank to all recording and screen-sharing tools. No one on the other end can see it.

Which interview platforms does it work with?

All of them. Any video call, phone call through speakers, or even an in-person interview picked up by your microphone. NOPROXi listens to the audio coming from your computer, so the specific platform doesn't matter.

What AI models can I use?

You choose your model before each session from a range of options including GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro, and more. Free trial and paid sessions let you pick any model. Practice mode uses a fast open-source model for instant, unlimited sessions.

Is my data stored or shared?

Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored after your session ends. Your resume and job description are fully encrypted — both when stored and when transmitted. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings. We never share or sell your information.

Can I practice for free?

Yes — practice mode is completely free and unlimited. It uses a fast open-source AI model for instant responses. Use it to get comfortable with the interface and test your setup before a real interview. No credits needed, no time limit.

What happens after my free trial session ends?

Your free trial gives you one full session with any AI model for up to 10 minutes. After that, you can continue practicing for free in practice mode, or purchase credits or a subscription for more sessions. Credits are measured per-minute and never expire.

Does it work for coding interviews?

Yes. Code Challenge Mode reads coding prompts and generates structured walkthroughs with step-by-step explanations. It works with any online coding platform or shared IDE.

How does credit billing work?

You only pay for the time you actually use. Every 30 minutes of session time uses half a credit, measured by the minute. If your session ends early, you keep the rest. Credits never expire — buy once, use whenever you're ready.

How Referral Tracking Works

Share Your Link Post your unique link in videos, descriptions, or bios.

Cookie Set A 30-day tracking cookie is placed on the visitor's browser.

User Signs Up They register — your code auto-applies or they enter it manually.

They Purchase Commission is calculated and held for 30 days, then available.

Understanding Your Stats

The four stat cards at the top of your dashboard track your key metrics in real-time.

Total Earnings

The total commission you've earned from all converted referrals. This includes both held earnings (within the 30-day refund window) and available earnings (ready for payout). To see the breakdown, check the Earnings chart below.

Total Clicks

How many unique people clicked your referral link. Clicks are deduplicated per IP per day — the same person clicking 10 times counts as 1 click. This helps you measure how much traffic your content is driving.

Sign-ups

The number of people who clicked your link and created a NOPROXi account. Not every click becomes a sign-up — a healthy click-to-signup rate is 15–30%. If this is low, your audience may need more context about what NOPROXi does.

Conversions

Sign-ups who actually purchased a plan or credits. This is the metric that earns you money. A conversion = a paying customer attributed to you. Your commission is calculated as a percentage of their purchase amount, based on your current tier.

Referral Link

Your unique URL (e.g., noproxi.com/r/yourcode). When someone visits this link, a 30-day tracking cookie is set automatically. Share this in video descriptions, social bios, blog posts, or anywhere your audience can click it. The link redirects to our landing page with your attribution baked in.

Promo Code

A short text code your audience can enter manually during sign-up (in the "Referral Code" field). Useful for podcasts, live streams, or anywhere people can't click a link directly. Works identically to the link — same tracking, same commission.

Earnings Chart

The chart shows your commission earnings over time. Use the period pills (7D, 30D, 90D) to switch views.

7D (7 Days)

Daily earnings for the past week. Best for monitoring recent campaign performance or new content drops.

30D (30 Days)

Weekly earnings for the past month. Shows trends and whether your referral traffic is growing or declining.

90D (90 Days)

Monthly earnings for the past quarter. Useful for understanding seasonal patterns and long-term growth.

Recent Referrals

Shows the latest users who signed up through your link, along with their status.

Converted

The user signed up AND purchased a plan. You've earned commission on this referral.

Signed Up

The user created an account but hasn't purchased yet. They're still within the attribution window — if they buy within 30 days of clicking your link, you'll get credit.

Click Only

Someone clicked your link but didn't create an account. These don't appear in the list — only sign-ups and conversions are shown.

Your tier determines your commission rate. Tiers upgrade automatically and never downgrade.

Progress Bar

Shows how close you are to the next tier. For example, "12 of 25 conversions to Silver" means you need 13 more paying referrals to unlock the 10% commission rate. Once reached, the tier is permanent.

Payouts

30-Day Hold

All commissions are held for 30 days after the customer's purchase. This protects against refunds — if the customer gets a refund, the commission is reversed. After 30 days, earnings move to "available" status.

Minimum Threshold

You need at least $50 in available earnings to request a payout. This keeps transaction costs reasonable for both sides.

Payment Methods

PayPal, bank transfer (ACH for US, wire for international), and Stripe payouts. Set your preferred method in the Payouts section. Payouts are processed weekly on Tuesdays.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I get paid?

Commissions are held for 30 days after purchase. Once released, they're available for payout every Tuesday — provided you've met the $50 minimum threshold.

What happens if a customer gets a refund?

If a refund occurs within the 30-day hold period, the commission is automatically reversed. This is why earnings are held — to protect both you and us from chargebacks.

Can someone use my link but sign up later?

Yes. The 30-day cookie means if they click today and sign up 3 weeks later, you still get credit. However, if another creator's link is clicked in between, the most recent click wins (last-click attribution).

Can I refer myself or my own accounts?

No. Self-referrals are automatically blocked. Attempting to game the system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

Do tiers ever reset or downgrade?

No. Once you reach a tier, it's permanent. Your conversion count is lifetime — it never resets. You can only go up.

What counts as a "conversion"?

Any purchase — credit packs, monthly subscriptions, annual plans, or lifetime access. Each purchase counts as one conversion for tier progression, regardless of amount.

Can I promote on multiple platforms?

Absolutely. Use the same referral link everywhere. We track UTM parameters if you want to see which platform drives the most conversions (add ?utm_source=youtube to your link).
